Return and Refund Policy
At Dizam.ae, we strive to ensure that your order is processed and delivered in a timely manner. Officially it takes 6 to 12 business days to deliver.
However, if your package is not delivered within 30 days from the date of purchase, you are eligible for a return and refund under the following conditions:
Eligibility for Refund
- If your order has not been delivered within 30 days from the date of purchase, you may request a refund.
- To be eligible for a refund, you must notify us within 30 days of the delivery deadline. After 30 days, we are unable to process a refund or replacement.
- Refund requests can be submitted via email or our website contact form with your order number and details of the delivery issue.
Refund Process
- Submit a Refund Request:
- Contact us through the customer support email at dizamuae@gmail.com with your order number, name, and details about the delivery delay.
- Investigation:
- Upon receiving your request, we will investigate the status of your order with the carrier. This may take a few days, and we may request additional information from you to assist with the process.
- Approval/Denial:
- If the investigation confirms that your package was not delivered within the specified 30-day period, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.
- If we determine that the delay was caused by issues outside of our control (e.g., incorrect shipping address provided by the customer), we may not be able to process the refund. In such cases, we will communicate with you to resolve the issue.
Refund Method
- All approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- Please note that depending on your payment provider, it may take several business days for the refund to be reflected in your account.
Exceptions
- Refund requests will not be processed if the package has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, or if the delivery address provided was incomplete or incorrect.
- Refunds are also not available if the package has been accepted or signed for by someone at the provided delivery address.
